These Vendor Terms govern sellers (“Vendors”) who list and sell products on Ferdillcart.
By registering as a Vendor, you agree to these terms.
Vendors must:
Provide accurate business and contact information
Maintain updated bank/payment details
Be legally allowed to sell the products they list
Ferdillcart may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Accurate product descriptions and images
Correct pricing
Legal compliance of all products
Ensuring products are safe and not expired (especially groceries and pharmacy items)
Prohibited items may not be listed.
Vendors agree to:
Accept and fulfill orders promptly
Package items safely and hygienically
Meet estimated preparation and dispatch times
Inform customers of stock issues immediately
Repeated delays or cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension.
Vendors selling pharmacy or health-related products must:
Hold all required licenses and approvals
Comply with all health and safety laws
Ensure products are properly stored and handled
Ferdillcart may request proof of compliance at any time.
Vendors set their own prices.
Ferdillcart charges a commission or service fee per order (as agreed separately).
Fees may be deducted automatically from payouts.
Vendors must comply with Ferdillcart’s Return & Refund Policy and cooperate in resolving customer complaints. Vendors are responsible for the cost of refunds when items are defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Vendors may not:
Sell counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products
Manipulate reviews or ratings
Contact customers outside the platform to avoid fees
Misuse customer personal data
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Product quality and safety
Compliance with laws and regulations
Any claims, damages, or losses arising from their products
Vendors agree to indemnify Ferdillcart against claims related to their products or conduct.
Ferdillcart may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for violations, poor performance, or legal risks.
These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

At Ferdillcart, we want you to shop with confidence. Because we are a multi-vendor marketplace, return eligibility may vary depending on the product type.
You may request a return or refund if:
The item is damaged on arrival
You received the wrong product
The item is defective
The item is significantly different from the description
Issues must be reported within the timeframe shown in your order details.
The following items are generally non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect:
Fresh groceries and perishable foods
Opened or used health and personal care items
Opened pharmacy or medical products
Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Electronics may be returned if:
They are defective
They arrive damaged
They are not as described
Items must usually be returned with original packaging and accessories.
To start a return:
Go to your order history on Ferdillcart
Select the item and choose “Report a Problem”
Upload photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Submit your request within the allowed period
Our team will review and coordinate with the Vendor.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
In some cases, you may receive store credit instead (if agreed)
Returns may be refused if:
The item was used or damaged after delivery
The return request was made too late
The issue does not match the evidence provided
Vendors are responsible for resolving valid return claims. Ferdillcart may step in to help mediate disputes but is not the direct seller of most products.
