1. Vendor Account

Vendors must:

  • Maintain updated bank/payment details

  • Be legally allowed to sell the products they list

Ferdillcart may suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

 


 

2. Product Listings

Vendors are fully responsible for:

  • Accurate product descriptions and images

  • Correct pricing

  • Legal compliance of all products

  • Ensuring products are safe and not expired (especially groceries and pharmacy items)

Prohibited items may not be listed.

 


 

3. Orders & Fulfillment

Vendors agree to:

  • Accept and fulfill orders promptly

  • Package items safely and hygienically

  • Meet estimated preparation and dispatch times

  • Inform customers of stock issues immediately

Repeated delays or cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension.

 


 

4. Pharmacy & Regulated Goods

Vendors selling pharmacy or health-related products must:

5. Pricing & Fees

  • Vendors set their own prices.

6. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must comply with Ferdillcart’s Return & Refund Policy and cooperate in resolving customer complaints. Vendors are responsible for the cost of refunds when items are defective, incorrect, or not as described.

 


 

7. Prohibited Conduct

Vendors may not:

  • Sell counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products

  • Manipulate reviews or ratings

  • Contact customers outside the platform to avoid fees

  • Misuse customer personal data

 


 

8. Liability

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Product quality and safety

  • Compliance with laws and regulations

  • Any claims, damages, or losses arising from their products

Vendors agree to indemnify Ferdillcart against claims related to their products or conduct.

 


 

9. Suspension or Termination

Ferdillcart may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for violations, poor performance, or legal risks.

 


 

10. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

 


 

Return & Refund Policy

At Ferdillcart, we want you to shop with confidence. Because we are a multi-vendor marketplace, return eligibility may vary depending on the product type.

 


 

1. General Return Conditions

You may request a return or refund if:

Issues must be reported within the timeframe shown in your order details.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items
